The station is owned by Mission Broadcasting, as part of a duopoly with CW affiliate KASN (channel 38); Nexstar Broadcasting Group, which owns NBC affiliate KARK-TV (channel 4) and MyNetworkTV affiliate KARZ-TV (channel 42), operates KLRT and KASN under a shared services agreement.
